ThreeSixtyEight Named One Of The Best Places to Work in America by Inc. Magazine

Today, we celebrate a by-product of building a culture around our values of being Better, Adventurous, Impactful, and Together. We are so excited to announce that ThreeSixtyEight has been selected as one of Inc. Magazine’s 2020 Best Places to Work!

This prestigious award is the result of more than 3,000 submissions, of which Inc. selects 395 finalists for this year’s list. Inc. Magazine explains that “each nominated company took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, on topics including trust, management effectiveness, perks, and confidence in the future. Inc. gathered, analyzed, and audited the data. Then we ranked all the employers using a composite score of survey results. This year, 73.5 percent of surveyed employees were engaged by their work.” We are proud to be on the list of 395 and aim to keep building a culture that allows us to meet our vision of becoming the creative epicenter of the south. Together we aim to ignite the local creative community, attract the world’s best talent, and make Louisiana a place that everyone is proud to call home.
